Most clinics review patients every 1-3 months in the first year.
Flower typically costs £5-£14 per gram. A monthly prescription may range from £50 to £300+.

How the calculation works
The estimate combines:
- Initial consultation fee: the one-off cost of your first appointment
- Follow-up appointments: based on your selected frequency, spread over 12 months
- Repeat prescription fees: 12 monthly repeats where the clinic charges for them
- Medication costs: your estimated monthly spend multiplied by 12, if you entered a figure
The total does not include: delivery charges, vaporiser costs, fees for prescription changes or split deliveries, costs of obtaining medical records, or any cancelation fees.
Costs outside this estimate
- Access schemes and discounts: many clinics offer reduced rates for benefit recipients, veterans or students. Check directly with the clinic.
- Membership savings: some clinics offer monthly or annual subscriptions that reduce per-appointment costs. This calculator uses standard PAYG pricing where available.
- Price changes: clinic fees can change. The data here reflects published prices as of July 2026.
- Second-year costs: follow-up frequency usually reduces after the first year. This calculator is for year one only.
