How to report an issue
Flag errors, unclear claims, broken links, or outdated guidance by emailing [email protected]. Please include:
- the page URL
- the sentence or section you are concerned about
- what you think should be corrected
- any supporting source, where relevant
How corrections are handled
When a material issue is found, MCPH will update, clarify, or remove the affected content. Safety-related corrections take priority and are handled as soon as practically possible.
Pages that receive a material correction will show an updated date. Significant corrections are recorded in the public log below.
